Museum Park -2015

This museum proposal challenges architectural norms and has fun with code requirements. Although it is located near Spring St & W 3rd St in downtown Los Angeles,  the entrance is located on the roof. This is to bring potential visitors up along the facade to a relatively discrete park before descending into the museum proper. The progression through the building is intended to be theatric with visitors passing over different materials and textures (Concrete, Grass, Stone, Water, Steel) directing their focus to their immediate surrounding.
