I first was trained in fine woodcraft by Phillip Friesen and was privileged enough to fabricate furniture while completing my undergraduate degree. The slab table was harvested by renowned wood supplier Scott Wineland out of Chico, California. The table has multiple bowtie inlays to combat cracking at one end of the table. The mirrors from reclaimed sycamore and maple cutoffs. The credenza boasts a 1" thick concrete top and Claro Walnut inlay legs.
